Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders will ship within 1-5 business days after being placed. Please note we are closed on all major U.S. holidays + weekends so orders will not ship on these days. When placing your order, please ensure all details are correct. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes. Returns
We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of delivery on full-price items only. Please email info@valdoeyewear.com within 5 days of delivery to request your return label. To be eligible for a refund, all merchandise must be returned in original condition with all components of the product (case + cleaning cloth). Any shipping fees are non-refundable, and $5 may be deducted from the total refund for the return shipping cost.
