SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 1-5 business days after being placed. Please note we are closed on all major U.S. holidays + weekends so orders will not ship on these days.

Please take careful care of details when placing your order. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes. If there is an issue, email us at info@valdoeyewear.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

*Please note we are experiencing delays in delivery with international shipping and international orders are placed at your own risk. Please reach out to the appropriate carrier based on your tracking for more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. If you would like to receive your delivery by a specified date, we suggest using the expedited options at checkout. A delay is still possible, however, with expedited options you can receive insurance to cover your package should something happen to it.

The guarantee for Priority Express International may be suspended by the carrier for particular countries at any time. We cannot guaranty Priority Express International shipping for any particular country. Please check the USPS website for the latest information at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm.

    *We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

    *Please note we are not responsible for the package once shipped. If your package is unable to be delivered or refused upon delivery, then we will refund the cost of the product, minus shipping and any postage return fees once we have received the product back to us. We are also not responsible for these packages being returned. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    All international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and destination country with USPS and UPS. Expedited options through USPS and UPS are available at checkout. We offer a $15 flat rate shipping option that will ship via DHL. 

    We want to be transparent that the standard USPS international option doesn’t show full tracking and we are unable to see more on our side. If you would like your package quicker and fully tracked, please select one of the expedited options at checkout. 

    *Please note we are experiencing delays in delivery with standard international shipping and international orders are placed at your own risk - while most packages arrive in the specified delivery time, some packages can take up to 4-6 months to arrive. Customs clearances are out of our control, and we are unable to expedite.  Please reach out to the appropriate carrier based on your tracking for more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. If you would like to receive your delivery by a specified date, we suggest using the expedited options at the checkout.

    *Please note any international orders ordered before April 1 have been shipped through USPS as noted.  As noted on our site from November 1, 2020, USPS is experiencing delays and as noted your package can take up to 3-6 months to arrive. We suggest reaching out to your local post if you are experiencing delays as once it has left the US, we are unable to get further information.  If your order has still not arrived after this time, please reach out to us. 

    *We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

    TRACKING

    *Please note for some countries, UPS and USPS are unable to fully track to your doorstep. For these countries, we will consider the package delivered once it has reached the destination country and are not responsible for the package once showing it has arrived at the destination country.

    These countries are fully traceable - Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portland, Portugal, Sweden

    Please allow at least 5-8 weeks for international delivery. If not received within this time frame please reach out at info@valdoeyewear.com so we can try to help you. 

    Please note we are not responsible for the package once shipped. While we will do our best to help locate your package, please take into consideration that once the package leaves the US, we are not always able to provide updates. Be sure to contact your local post for the whereabouts of your package. 

    If your package is unable to be delivered, refused upon delivery, or returned to sender by customs then we will refund the total, minus shipping and any postage return fees, to you once we have received the product back to us. We are also not responsible for these packages being returned. Please be sure to follow the tracking and arrange for any delivery/pick up needs accordingly to avoid any issues.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    For applicable countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed in checkout. Please note for international buyers that taxes and duties (VAT) are the buyer’s responsibility. VAT may include the cost of shipping should that be applicable in your country. Please note that if you choose to refuse the customs payment, we are not responsible for return-to-sender packages. 

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    Only USPS Priority Mail and UPS Express International offer insurance for lost packages.

    USPS Priority Mail can also claim for lost or stolen packages to be filed in the US. A lost claim may be filed once the package has been in transit for more than 30 days. Please note we are not responsible for filing claims for lost packages. 

    The customer is responsible for filing any lost claims as we are unable to file claims. For international orders, please contact your local postal carrier for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages for international orders. 

    Valdo Eyewear is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that the package has been “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor we are liable.

    Due to world events including civil unrest, national disasters, and extreme weather, specific countries may experience extreme delays or issues delivering your order and you should proceed with international orders at your own risk.

        RETURNS

        U.S. ORDERS 

        We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of delivery on full-price items for the US only. Please email info@valdoeyewear.com within 5 days of delivery to request your return label. To be eligible for a refund, all merchandise must be returned in original condition with all components of the product (case + cleaning cloth). Any shipping fees are non-refundable, and $5 may be deducted from the total refund for the return shipping cost. 

        All international orders are final sale. All items bought with a discount code or on sale are final sale. Only full-price merchandise is eligible for return. 

        *Please note we do not allow exchanges for any orders.  If the item(s) are eligible for return, you can return the product and place another order. 

        Please email with your order number and reason for returning to request a return label.  The cost of a return shipping label is $5 and may be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note the item(s) need to be returned or scanned for shipping within 5 days of receiving the return label. If the label is not scanned/tracking within 5 days of the label being sent, we reserve the right to not process the return. Product must be received back unworn and in original packaging including all items sent with the product (case + cleaning cloth) for a full refund, minus shipping fees. 

        *Please note if a return is shipped back without our label, we will be unable to accept the return.

        *Please note that items returned without the case, cleaning cloth, or any free gifts given during a promotion are subject to having fees deducted from the total refund. Please inquire about any promotions regarding refunds.

        *Separate orders must be approved before returning together. Please let us know when requesting a label.

        INTERNATIONAL 

        All international purchases are final sale. 

        If your item is refused or has been returned back to us, we will refund for the product only upon receipt, minus any shipping charges and postage back to us, which will be subtracted from the refund. 

        *Please note if you choose to refuse the customs payment, we are not responsible for return-to-sender packages. 

        FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS 

        If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us at info@valdoeyewear.com with your order number and we will do our best to correct the issue. Please note you must alert us of any damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours from notice of delivery to be eligible to possibly receive a replacement or refund. Please watch for your delivery and let us know any issues ASAP.
